Sizzling steak flavoured with a rich smoke house style seasoning served in delicious wraps with grated cheese for extra indulgence.
  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 350 grams (12 ounces) sirloin steak

  • 1 red onion, sliced

  • 1 red pepper, sliced

  • 1 yellow pepper, sliced

  • 1 sachet Schwartz Smokehouse BBQ Wrap It Recipe Mix

  • 150 millilitres (1/4 pint) water

  • 1 pack of wraps


  • 1 Brush steak with oil then fry in a hot pan for 3-4 minutes on each side until done to your liking. Remove from pan and allow to rest.
  • 2 Add onion and peppers to the same pan and fry for a further 4-5 minutes then slice steak into strips and add back to the pan.
  • 3 Combine sachet contents with the water and add to the pan, allow to sizzle for a further 1-2 minutes.
  • 4 Serve in warm wraps.
  • 5 Load your wraps with extra flavour… Great served with shredded lettuce, grated cheese, or for extra indulgence, crispy fried bacon.
