For our recipe you will need...
1 tbs oil
450g (1lb) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 yellow pepper, sliced
150ml (1/4 pint) water
1 pack of wraps
1. Heat oil and fry chicken for 6-7 minutes, or until browned.
2. Add onion and peppers and fry for a further 4-5 minutes.
3. Combine sachet contents with the water and add to the pan, allow to sizzle for a further 1-2 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
4. Serve in warm wraps.
