A New Orleans style chicken style dish with Smoked Paprika and Allspice, great for the family to enjoy.
Heat the olive oil and fry the onions for 3-4 minutes until soft.
Add the Garlic, herbs and spices and fry for 30 seconds.
Toss in the pepper and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Season to taste. Serve with rice.
