A member of the mint family, there are over one hundred varieties of thyme. Many turn to this strong, aromatic herb to flavour different elements of their Christmas dinner including stuffing, because thyme pairs well with lots of other seasonings including sage and parsley. We harvest our evergreen thyme when it is young and tender to give you a warm and subtle flavour.

Like rosemary, thyme is an ingredient of the famous French herb mixture, “Herbes de Provence”. It is also used in “Bouquet Garni” and is a perfect accompaniment for vegetable dishes such as ratatouille, as well as meat, fish, eggs and many more.
