Parsley & Thyme Stuffing
Top tip: this savoury treat tastes even better made the night before, as it allows the flavours to develop.

2 tablespoons Flat Leaf Parsley

2 teaspoon Dried Thyme

¼ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

½ teaspoon Season-All

50 gram (2 ounce) butter, melted

1 medium egg, beaten

225 gram (8 ounce) fresh breadcrumbs

Zest of 1 lemon

- 1 Place the breadcrumbs, lemon zest, Parsley, Thyme, Pepper and Perfect Shake Season-All Herb & Spice Special Blend in a large bowl and mix well. Add the melted butter and beaten egg to the mixture and combine thoroughly.
- 2 Use as a stuffing for a turkey or chicken before roasting, or shape the mixture into balls and cook them separately around the bird for 30 minutes. It is not suitable for freezing.
