Sage and Onion Stuffing

225 gram (8 ounce) fresh breadcrumbs

50 gram (2 ounce) shredded suet

medium onion finely diced

2 teaspoon Dried Sage

1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt

1 medium egg, beaten

Instructions
- 1 Place the breadcrumbs, suet, Minced Onion, Sage and seasonings in a large mixing bowl. Add the egg and combine all the ingredients thoroughly.
- 2 Use as a stuffing for a turkey or chicken before roasting, or shape the mixture into balls and cook them separately around the bird for about 30 minutes. This stuffing also goes superbly well with roast pork. It is not suitable for freezing.
