Apple, Celery and Onion Stuffing

50 gram (2 ounce) butter

1 onion, finely chopped

½ teaspoon Garlic Granules

1 teaspoon Dried Sage

1 teaspoon Dried Thyme

100 gram (4 ounce) celery, chopped

½ eating apple, finely chopped

Schwartz Sea Salt and Pepper to season

250 gram (9 ounce) fresh breadcrumbs

150 millilitre (¼ pint) chicken stock

Instructions
- 1 Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.
- 2 Melt the butter in a large frying pan and fry the onion for 3-4 minutes until softened. Add the Garlic, Herbs, celery and apple. Season to taste. Fry for a further 2-3 minutes. Stir in the breadcrumbs and cook for 1 minute before adding the stock. Mix well.
- 3 Transfer to an ovenproof serving dish or make into stuffing balls and bake for 20-25 minutes, or use to stuff the turkey.
