Cajun Chicken with Corn
This quick and easy spicy Cajun chicken is delicous served with a refreshing watercress and orange salad and corn on the cob.
- 1 In a large bowl, combine the oil and Perfect Shake Cajun Herb & Spice Blend. Add the chicken and mix to evenly coat. Transfer the chicken to a heated wok and stir fry for 7-10 minutes, or until cooked through.
- 2 Garnish the corn on the cob with Chilli and Coriander Leaf and serve with the chicken.
- 3 Delicious with a watercress and orange salad and garnished with lime wedges.
- 4 Meanwhile, bring a medium pan of water to the boil and add the corn on the cob. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from the pan and drizzle with the oil. Griddle or grill for a further 4 minutes, or until cooked through.
