Ingredients
  • 1 sachet Greek Gyros Seasoning

  • 175 millilitres (6 ounces) Greek yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 2 chicken breasts, butterflied

  • 1/2 cucumber, seeds removed and grated

  • 1 garlic clove, crushed

  • 1/2 teaspoon Mint Herb

  • 2 thick wraps

  • Handful lettuce, shredded.

  • 1/4 red onion, sliced

  • 1 tomato, sliced

  • 50 grams (2 ounces) feta, crumbled

Instructions

  • 1 Pre-heat the oven to 220°C, 425°F, Gas Mark 7. Combine the Greek Gyros Street food seasoning with half of the yogurt and the oil, add the chicken and turn to coat.
  • 2 Place onto a non-stick baking tray and cook for 15 mins, or until cooked through and slightly browned, rest then slice.
  • 3 Meanwhile make the Tzatziki sauce by squeezing any excess liquid from the cucumber and combining with the remaining yogurt, garlic, and mint.
  • 4 Heat the wraps for a few seconds in the oven or under the grill then spread with the Tzatziki, load with the lettuce, onion and tomato and layer the chicken on top.
  • 5 Crumble over the feta to finish, roll the wrap over, serve with crispy fries and enjoy your very own Greek meal.
