Chicken with Garlic & Cream

1 tablespoons oil

450 gram (1 pound) boneless chicken breast, cut into strips

1 tablespoons Garlic Cooking Paste

175 gram (6 ounce) mushrooms, sliced

Zest of 1 lemon

1 teaspoon wholegrain mustard

300 millilitre (1/2 pint) double cream

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1 Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry chicken for 5-6 minutes until browned. Add the Garlic and mushrooms, fry for 2-3 minutes.
- 2 Stir in the lemon zest, mustard, cream and seasoning. Bring to the boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 3 Serve with cooked rice.
