Chicken with Garlic & Cream
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry chicken for 5-6 minutes until browned. Add the Garlic and mushrooms, fry for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in the lemon zest, mustard, cream and seasoning. Bring to the boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve with cooked rice.
