Chicken with Garlic & Cream
Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoons oil

  • 450 gram (1 pound) boneless chicken breast, cut into strips

  • 1 tablespoons Garlic Cooking Paste

  • 175 gram (6 ounce) mushrooms, sliced

  • Zest of 1 lemon

  • 1 teaspoon wholegrain mustard

  • 300 millilitre (1/2 pint) double cream

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 1 Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry chicken for 5-6 minutes until browned. Add the Garlic and mushrooms, fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • 2 Stir in the lemon zest, mustard, cream and seasoning. Bring to the boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 3 Serve with cooked rice.
