Creamy Chicken & Mushrooms

1 tablespoons oil

450 gram (1 pound) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

1 onion, chopped

100 gram (4 ounce) mushrooms, sliced

100 gram (4 ounce) mange tout

2 teaspoon Minced Garlic

1 teaspoon Mixed Herbs

300 millilitre (1/2 pint) double cream

salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- 1 Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken, onion, mushrooms and mange tout for 5-6 minutes.
- 2 Place the garlic and herbs into a saucepan and stir in the cream. Simmer for 5 minutes and season to taste. Spoon the chicken mixture onto a plate with some cooked pasta and drizzle with the creamy sauce.
