  • 1 tablespoons oil

  • 450 gram (1 pound) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 100 gram (4 ounce) mushrooms, sliced

  • 100 gram (4 ounce) mange tout

  • 2 teaspoon Minced Garlic

  • 1 teaspoon Mixed Herbs

  • 300 millilitre (1/2 pint) double cream

  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 1 Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken, onion, mushrooms and mange tout for 5-6 minutes.
  • 2 Place the garlic and herbs into a saucepan and stir in the cream. Simmer for 5 minutes and season to taste. Spoon the chicken mixture onto a plate with some cooked pasta and drizzle with the creamy sauce.
