A creamy orange chicken flavoured with a chicken Herb & Spice Blend.
Serve on a bed of rice.
Mix the Perfect Shake Chicken Herb & Spice Blend with the cornflour and use to coat the chicken.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the coated chicken and onion for 5 minutes or until brown. Add the orange juice, chicken stock and marmalade and simmer uncovered for 10-15 minutes.
Just before serving, stir in the Garam Masala and the cream.
