Creamy Orange Chicken

1 teaspoon Paprika & Onion Chicken Seasoning

2 tablespoons cornflour

450 gram (1 pound) boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced

2 tablespoons oil

1 small onion, sliced

150 millilitre (¼ pint) unsweetened orange juice

150 millilitre (¼ pint) chicken stock

1 tablespoons thin cut orange marmalade

1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder

3 tablespoons single cream

Instructions
- 1 Mix the Chicken Seasoning with the cornflour and use to coat the chicken.
- 2 Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the coated chicken and onion for 5 minutes or until brown. Add the orange juice, chicken stock and marmalade and simmer uncovered for 10-15 minutes.
- 3 Just before serving, stir in the Garam Masala and the cream.
- 4 Serve on a bed of rice.
