Curried Chicken Salad

150 millilitre (1/4 pint) natural yoghurt

1 teaspoon Medium Curry Powder

1 teaspoon Tarragon

1 teaspoon Season-All

1 small onion, cut into rings

2 sticks celery, sliced

1 small red pepper, finely chopped

225 gram (8 ounce) cold cooked chicken, chopped

1 banana, sliced

4 poppadoms

Red pepper slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions
- 1 Mix yoghurt with the Curry Powder, Tarragon and Season-All Seasoning. Stir in the onion rings, celery, chopped pepper and chicken. Chill.
- 2 Just before serving, stir in the banana. Pile the mixture onto the poppadoms and garnish with slices of red pepper. Serve immediately.
