  • 150 millilitre (1/4 pint) natural yoghurt

  • 1 teaspoon Medium Curry Powder

  • 1 teaspoon Tarragon

  • 1 teaspoon Season-All

  • 1 small onion, cut into rings

  • 2 sticks celery, sliced

  • 1 small red pepper, finely chopped

  • 225 gram (8 ounce) cold cooked chicken, chopped

  • 1 banana, sliced

  • 4 poppadoms

  • Red pepper slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • 1 Mix yoghurt with the Curry Powder, Tarragon and Season-All Seasoning. Stir in the onion rings, celery, chopped pepper and chicken. Chill.
  • 2 Just before serving, stir in the banana. Pile the mixture onto the poppadoms and garnish with slices of red pepper. Serve immediately.
