Coriander Chicken Salad - tasty, warm chicken strips in a fresh green salad.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken, Coriander and Garlic Granules for 5-6 minutes until browned.
Add the pepper and spring onions and fry for 1-2 minutes. Stir in the lemon zest and juice and the orange juice and heat through.
Toss into the salad and serve immediately.
