Chicken breasts marinated in a combination of yoghurt, lemon juice, oil and Richly Roasted Tandoori spices. Simply grilled or barbecued for great tasting tandoori roast chicken for everyone to enjoy.
  • 125 millilitre (4 fluid ounce) Greek yoghurt

  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 4 teaspoon

  • 1 teaspoon light olive oil

  • 4 skinless chicken breasts

  • Lemon wedges to garnish


  • 1 Combine the yoghurt, lemon juice, COOK ART spice blend and oil. Add the chicken breasts, cover and leave to marinade for 30 minutes, or for best results overnight in the refrigerator.
  • 2 Cook under a medium grill or on the barbecue for 20 minutes, turning regularly until the chicken is cooked through and has taken on a lightly blackened appearance.
  • 3 Delicious served with onion, tomato and coriander leaf salad and basmati rice.
