2 teaspoon Lemon Pepper
1 teaspoon Hot Paprika
1x1.6 kilogram (3.5 pound) whole chicken
1 tablespoons olive oil
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Pre-heat the oven to 190°C, 375°F, Gas Mark 5.
- 2 Place the chicken on a roasting tray and drizzle the chicken with olive oil.
- 3 Evenly sprinkle over the Lemon Pepper and Paprika Hot then place into the oven.
- 4 Cook for 1 hour 30 minutes, or until the juices run clear and the chicken is cooked through.
