A tasty tray baked dish with warming garlic and herbs to bring out the flavour of the chicken.
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.
2. Place the chicken, potatoes, carrots and onion into a large ovenproof tray. Drizzle with oil and water and sprinkle over the Garlic and Herb Seasoning, toss to coat the ingredients evenly.
3. Cook for 45 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Turn chicken in the cooking juice to coat before serving.
