A tasty tray baked dish with warming garlic and herbs to bring out the flavour of the chicken.
Ingredients
  • 900 grams (2 pounds) chicken legs, skin on

  • 450 grams (1 pound) potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks

  • 2 carrots, sliced

  • 1 large onion, sliced thickly

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons water

  • 2 tablespoons Roast Chicken - Garlic and Herb

  1. Why not try replacing the chicken legs with skinless chicken breasts.

Instructions

  • 1 1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.
  • 2 2. Place the chicken, potatoes, carrots and onion into a large ovenproof tray. Drizzle with oil and water and sprinkle over the Garlic and Herb Seasoning, toss to coat the ingredients evenly.
  • 3 3. Cook for 45 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Turn chicken in the cooking juice to coat before serving.
