Chicken Tray-bake

A quick, tasty tray baked dish with warming oregano and thyme to bring out the flavour of the chicken.

  • STEP 1: Pre-heat the oven to 190°C, 375°F, Gas Mark 5.

  • STEP 2: Combine the chicken thighs, peppers, onion, tomatoes, chorizo, oil and water with the Schwartz Chicken Tray-bake Recipe Mix in a large bowl.

  • STEP 3: Transfer to an ovenproof tray and cook in the middle of the oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
