Dip a selection of fruits into this hot and spicy, rich chocolate fondue for a perfect party piece.
  • 200 millilitre (7 fluid ounce) double cream

  • 1 teaspoon Chilli Flakes

  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Ground

  • 200 gram (7 ounce) good quality milk chocolate

  • 1 medium orange, grated zest

  • 1 Place the cream, Crushed Chillies, Ground Cinnamon, chocolate and orange zest in a bowl over a pan of lightly simmering water.
  • 2 Allow the mixture to melt, then stir until well mixed.
  • 3 Pour into a fondue bowl and serve with a selection of fruit (strawberries etc.) and marshmallows to dip.
