Gingerbread Eggnog - @jemmaloi

  • 50 millilitres salted caramel rum

  • 60 millilitres Advocat

  • 100 millilitres single cream

  • 125 millilitres whole milk

  • 1 tablespoon golden syrup

  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger

  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Ground

  • Cinnamon Sticks , and ice to serve


  • 1 Simply pour everything into a large jug and give it all a good whisk, until smooth and well blended. Serve over ice and garnish with a sprinkling of cinnamon and cinnamon sticks
  • 2 Rub the rim of the glass with a slice of apple, then dip into @schwartz_uk ground cinnamon.
  • 3 Add ice , 50ml of cinnamon vodka, and another sprinkle of cinnamon… (you can add a dash of honey too if you like yours drinks sweeter). Stir and top with cloudy apple juice.
  • 4 Garnish with a caramelised apple slice and a cinnamon stick.
