450 king prawns
50 millilitres vegetable oil, divided
2 tablespoons Japanese 7 Spice Yakitori
50 millilitres soy sauce
25 millilitres lime juice
1 tablespoon sesame oil
25 grams honey
225 grams soba noodles, cooked according to package directions
2 courgettes, spiralised
2 spring onions, finely sliced
1 fresh red or green chilli, finely sliced
Cooking tip
- Substitute soba noodles with rice noodles.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Toss the prawns, half the oil and Japanese 7 Spice Seasoning together. Heat the remaining oil in a large frying pan set over a medium-high heat. Cook the prawns for 3 to 4 minutes or until they turn pink.
- 2 Meanwhile, whisk together the soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil and honey. Toss the noodles, courgettes and dressing together until well coated.
- 3 Divide the noodle mixture among 4 bowls. Top with the prawns and garnish with spring onions and chilli.
