Japanese King Prawn Noodle Bowls

  • Toss the prawns, half the oil and Japanese 7 Spice Seasoning together. Heat the remaining oil in a large frying pan set over a medium-high heat. Cook the prawns for 3 to 4 minutes or until they turn pink.

  • Meanwhile, whisk together the soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil and honey. Toss the noodles, courgettes and dressing together until well coated.

  • Divide the noodle mixture among 4 bowls. Top with the prawns and garnish with spring onions and chilli.

Cooking tip

Substitute soba noodles with rice noodles.
