Pan-fried salmon served with a delicious sauce combining mustard, Dill and cream to perfectly complement the salmon.
Sprinkle one side of the salmon with 2 tsp Dill, season as required. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the salmon for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Add the mustard, remaining ½ tsp Dill and cream to the pan, season to taste and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and stir in the yoghurt, gently heat through without boiling. Serve with the salmon.
