Smoked Mackerel Paté
225 gram (8 ounce) smoked mackerel, skinned
100 gram (4 ounce) cottage cheese
50 gram (2 ounce) butter, melted
2 tablespoons soured cream
1 tablespoons horseradish sauce
1 teaspoon Dried Dill
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl and chill well until firm.
Serve with French bread or toast.
