Field Salad with Strawberries, Kumquats & Rose Petals

200 gram (7 ounce) bag mixed salad leaves

200 gram (7 ounce) strawberries

100 gram (4 ounce) kumquats, rinsed and sliced

50 gram (2 ounce) pine nuts

12 crystallised rose petals

Rose & Poppy Seed Vinaigrette:

75 millilitre (3 fluid ounce) olive oil

50 millilitre (2 fluid ounce) honey

3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
-
1 teaspoon rose water
-
½ teaspoon Yellow Mustard Seeds

¼ teaspoon Sea Salt

Instructions
- 1 Toss the salad ingredients together in a large serving bowl.
- 2 Mix the vinaigrette ingredients together with a wire whisk, until well blended. Drizzle over the salad and serve.
