Mixed salad leaves with stawberries, kumquats and crystallised rose petals, seasoned with a Mustard vinaigrette dressing.
Ingredients
  • 200 gram (7 ounce) bag mixed salad leaves

  • 200 gram (7 ounce) strawberries

  • 100 gram (4 ounce) kumquats, rinsed and sliced

  • 50 gram (2 ounce) pine nuts

  • 12 crystallised rose petals

  • Rose & Poppy Seed Vinaigrette:

  • 75 millilitre (3 fluid ounce) olive oil

  • 50 millilitre (2 fluid ounce) honey

  • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon rose water

  • ½ teaspoon Yellow Mustard Seeds

  • ¼ teaspoon Sea Salt
