Fresh fruit flavoured with an aromatic Cardamom syrup.
Ingredients
75 millilitre water
75 gram sugar
3 kiwi, cubed
125 gram (5 ounce) blueberries, rinsed
½ melon, cubed
½ pineapple, cubed
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Combine the water, sugar and Cardamom pods in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
- 2 Place all of the fruit into a bowl, remove the Cardamom pods from the syrup and pour over the fruit.
