Exotic Fruit Salad

150 millilitre (¼ pint) orange juice

1 teaspoon sugar

½ teaspoon cornflour

175 gram (6 ounce) melon, cubed

½ small ripe mango, cubed

2 passion fruit, flesh scooped out

2 kiwis, cubed

100 gram (4 ounce) fresh blueberries

To serve: 0% fat Greek yoghurt

pinch Cinnamon Ground , , to garnish

Instructions
- 1 Place the orange juice in a saucepan with the Cinnamon Sticks, Vanilla Pod, Cardamom Pods and sugar. Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 5 minutes.
- 2 Blend the cornflour with 1 tsp water and add to the pan. Bring to the boil, stirring until thickened. Allow to cool before removing the whole Spices. Transfer to a large bowl and stir in the fruit, cover and refrigerate until chilled.
- 3 Serve with the yoghurt and a sprinkling of Cinnamon. The remaining fruit salad will keep for 1-2 days in the fridge.
