Place oats in a bowl, cover with the water and soak the oats for 10 minutes or ideally overnight.
Once soaked transfer to a saucepan, add the oat milk and Cinnamon, heat through and continually stir for 5 minutes until hot and the mixture starts to thicken.
Serve with the berries, chopped nuts and drizzle with the honey. Sprinkle with more Cinnamon, if desired.
