350 gram (12 ounce) long grain rice, cooked

2 teaspoon Paprika & Onion Chicken Seasoning

400 gram (14 ounce) tin apricots

50 gram (2 ounce) blanched almonds

100 gram (4 ounce) raisins

Instructions
- 1 Drain the apricots and chop them into small pieces. Chop the almonds and toast them under the grill until golden.
- 2 Combine the apricots, almonds, raisins, rice and Chicken Seasoning in a large bowl until well mixed.
- 3 Use as a stuffing for a turkey or chicken before roasting. It is not suitable for cooking separately, nor for freezing.
