  • 350 gram (12 ounce) long grain rice, cooked

  • 2 teaspoon Paprika & Onion Chicken Seasoning

  • 400 gram (14 ounce) tin apricots

  • 50 gram (2 ounce) blanched almonds

  • 100 gram (4 ounce) raisins

Instructions

  • 1 Drain the apricots and chop them into small pieces. Chop the almonds and toast them under the grill until golden.
  • 2 Combine the apricots, almonds, raisins, rice and Chicken Seasoning in a large bowl until well mixed.
  • 3 Use as a stuffing for a turkey or chicken before roasting. It is not suitable for cooking separately, nor for freezing.
