Fruit, Nut & Rice Stuffing
Drain the apricots and chop them into small pieces. Chop the almonds and toast them under the grill until golden.
Combine the apricots, almonds, raisins, rice and Chicken Seasoning in a large bowl until well mixed.
Use as a stuffing for a turkey or chicken before roasting. It is not suitable for cooking separately, nor for freezing.
