Spanish-style tray baked pork and vegetables, simple and delicious!

  • STEP 1: Pre-heat the oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4.

  • STEP 2: On a baking tray add the pork chops, peppers, onion, tomatoes, chorizo and oil, sprinkle over the Schwartz Spanish Smoked Paprika Chicken, mix well so all ingredients are covered equally.

  • STEP 3: Cook in the middle of the oven for 40-45 minutes, or until cooked through.
