Cranberry Sauce

This rich Schwartz cranberry sauce, lightly spiced with festive cloves, cinnamon and ginger, is great not only with your Christmas turkey but also with chicken, duck, lamb and even sausages!

  • Place the cranberries, caster sugar, port and spices in a small saucepan. Cook on a medium heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the cranberries have popped.
