4 tablespoons oil

6 tablespoons clear honey

150 millilitre (1/4 pint) wine vinegar

1 tablespoons Herbes de Provence

2 teaspoon Onion Salt

1 teaspoon Garlic Granules

Instructions
- 1 Combine all the ingredients thoroughly and pour over the chosen meat. Cover and place in a refrigerator overnight.
- 2 Remove the meat before grilling and use the remaining marinade as a sauce to baste the meat during cooking.
- 3 N.B. The marinade is particularly suitable for poultry and fish.
