  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2-3 discarded broccoli stalks, or 1 whole broccoli

  • 2 Cajun Seasoning

  • 1 lemon

  • 2 tablespoons tahini

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Preheat the oven to 220C/Gas 8. Slice the broccoli stalks into thin rounds, about the thickness of a £1 coin. If using a whole broccoli, slice the florets into shards and add into a bowl. Toss in olive oil and Schwartz Cajun Seasoning, coating well. 
  • 2 Place onto a lined baking tray - only the sliced stalks at this time as they’re tougher than the florets. Place in the oven and bake for 15 mins, turning halfway through. Add the florets and return to the oven for a further 5 mins.
  • 3 Remove from the oven, add the zest of 1 lemon and ½ the juice and toss together. Arrange on a serving platter and drizzle with tahini.
