450 gram (1 pound) red or white cabbage, shredded

225 gram (8 ounce) carrots, grated

100 gram (4 ounce) onions, finely chopped

300 millilitre (½ pint) mayonnaise

Instructions
- 1 Place all the vegetables in a large bowl. Stir in the mayonnaise and the Perfect Shake Season-All Special Blend.
- 2 Chill in the refrigerator. Serve with cold roast turkey, cold ham or pork pie and potato salad.
