1 sachet Schwartz Gluten Free Chicken Fajitas Recipe Mix
2 tbs oil
450g (1lb) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 tbs tomato purée
1 packet gluten free tortillas
1. Heat oil and fry chicken and onion, over a high heat, for 6-7 minutes, or until chicken is browned.
2. Stir in peppers, sachet contents and tomato purée and fry for a further 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Wrap in gluten free tortillas. Serve with sour cream, salsa, guacamole and grated cheese.
Hints & Tips …
Also delicious with pork, steak or prawns. Delicious served on a bed of corn tortilla chips, topped with grated cheese and grilled.
