  • 250 grams (9 ounces) puff pastry unrolled

  • 250 grams (9 ounces) halloumi

  • 2 tablespoons Italian Herb Mix

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seed

  • 2 tablespoons Poppy Seeds

  • 1 beaten egg

  • 1 Preheat the oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4.
  • 2 Cut the puff pastry into 2cm wide strips.
  • 3 Cut the halloumi into sticks. Season them with olive oil and the Italian Herbs.
  • 4 Roll up the herby cheese sticks and place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
  • 5 Brush the puff pastry with a coating of beaten egg.
