Beef in Peppercorn Sauce
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the steak for 2-3 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Blend the cornflour with the stock and add to the pan with the Peppercorns, mustard and Salt. Bring to the boil, stirring until thickened. Stir in the cream.
Serve with rice.
