  • 4 x 225 gram (8 ounce) rump or sirloin steaks

  • 1 packet Creamy Pepper Sauce

  • 300 millilitre (1/2 pint) milk

  • 25 gram (1 ounce) butter

  • 1 Serve the steak with roasted baby potatoes and cherry tomatoes. Pour the sauce over the steak and serve immediately.
  • 2 Cook the steaks under the grill, or in a griddle pan, for 2 minutes on each side for rare, 4 minutes each side for medium, or 6 minutes each side for well done.
  • 3 Meanwhile, blend the packet contents with the milk in a small saucepan. Bring to the boil, stirring. Add the butter and simmer for 1-2 minutes until thickened.
