125 grams (5 ounces) sour cream
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
50 millilitres (2 fluid ounce) brandy
675 grams (1.5 pounds) sirloin steak, thinly sliced and fat removed
2 tablespoons Flat Leaf Parsley
