Chilli Beef Risotto
Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the minced beef and onion until the meat is brown. Blend in the stock and add the Hot Chilli Powder, Garlic Granules, Oregano, tomato purée and rice. Bring to the boil, stirring. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the green pepper, mushrooms, kidney beans and sweetcorn for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
