Delicious chicken strips seasoned with a blend of Paprika, onion, Black Pepper, Parsley and a hint of Cayenne Pepper, pan-fried with onion and pepper and served in flour tortillas.
Ingredients
1 tablespoons oil
450 gram (1 pound) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 red onion, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 yellow pepper, sliced
1 tablespoons Paprika & Onion Chicken Seasoning
8 flour tortillas
150 millilitre (1/4 pint) soured cream
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok and fry the chicken, onion and peppers for 6-8 minutes until cooked and slightly browned. Sprinkle the Chicken Special Blend into the pan and cook for a further 2 minutes, stirring.
- 2 Serve the chicken mixture, wrapped in the flour tortillas, with a generous spoonful of soured cream.
