Classic Barbecue Chicken
1 kilogram (2.2 pounds) chicken drumsticks, thighs or wings, scored
4 tablespoons honey
6 tablespoons tomato ketchup
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoons BBQ Seasoning
Juice of 1 lime
1 bag mixed salad leaves of your choice
1 French baton
- 1 Meanwhile, combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl to form a glaze. Brush generously all over the chicken for the final 10 minutes of cooking. Ensure the chicken is piping hot and cooked throughout before serving with the salad and French bread.
- 2 Pre-heat a grill or barbecue to a medium heat.
- 3 Cook the chicken drumsticks and thighs for 30-40 minutes and wings for 10-15 minutes, turning regularly.
