Chicken Indian Mild Masala

  • STEP 1: Heat the oil and gently fry the onion for 5 minutes until softened.

  • STEP 2: Add the Schwartz Mild Curry Powder, and cook for 2-3 minutes gently. Add the tomatoes and the milk, stir and bring to a simmer.

  • STEP 3: Stir in chicken, cook on high for 3 minutes then lower to a medium heat and simmer uncovered for 20-25 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and the chicken is cooked through.

  • STEP 4: Serve with rice.
