Transform your chicken curry with this South African inspired Bunny Chow recipe. A fragrant and aromatic curry with fresh ingredient garnishes.
Place the onion, pepper, potatoes and chicken into your slow cooker pot.
Mix the sachet contents with the chopped tomatoes, add to the slow cooker pot and stir everything together.
Cover and cook for 4 hours on HIGH or 8 hours on LOW, or until the meat is tender and cooked through. (Keep covered during cooking. Cooking times vary between slow cooker models).
Remove the lid, stir the spinach through and stand for 5 minutes before serving.
To serve, divide the curry between the hollowed bread rolls, and garnish with red onion, tomato and yogurt to finish.
