1 tablespoons Mixed Spice
175 gram (6 ounce) rolled oats
25 gram (1 ounce) pumpkin seeds
100 gram (4 ounce) hazelnuts, crushed
3 tablespoons honey
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Pre-heat the oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4.
- 2 Combine the rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, hazlenuts and mixed spice on a baking tray. Drizzle with honey and stir with a spoon to combine.
- 3 Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, gently shaking the pan halfway through.
- 4 Allow the granola to cool slightly then serve with Greek yoghurt and a little extra honey if desired.
