Pre-heat the oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4.
Combine the rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, hazlenuts and mixed spice on a baking tray. Drizzle with honey and stir with a spoon to combine.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, gently shaking the pan halfway through.
Allow the granola to cool slightly then serve with Greek yoghurt and a little extra honey if desired.
