Pineapple Turmeric Mocktail with Muddled Dandelion Greens
Rebalance after a busy day. For the ultimate replenishing mocktail, muddle fresh pineapple with ginger, turmeric and dandelion greens, then top with a splash of sparkling water.
- Pineapple Turmeric Cocktail: Add 1 tablespoon Cachaça or white rum to each glass.
- 1 Place the pineapple and the Ginger in a medium bowl. Muddle the mixture by using a rolling pin to press the pineapple until crushed. Add the Turmeric and mix well.
- 2 Divide the dandelion greens among 4 glasses. Add a ¼ of the pineapple mixture.
- 3 Pack crushed ice into each glass. Top up with grapefruit juice and serve immediately.
