Vanilla Butterscotch Milk Shake Shooters
1 Vanilla Pod
275 millilitre (9 fluid ounce) milk
500 millilitre (17 fluid ounce) vanilla ice cream
2 tablespoons butterscotch schnapps
- For a non-alcoholic alternative why not try 2 tbs of butterscotch sauce instead of butterscotch schnapps.
- 1 Remove the seeds from the Vanilla Pod by splitting in half lengthways and running a knife down the length of the pod. Gently heat the milk and Vanilla Pod seeds in a small saucepan on a low heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Allow to cool for 30 minutes.
- 2 Place ice cream, milk, butterscotch schnapps and vanilla in a blender, cover. Blend on high speed until smooth.
- 3 Pour into glasses. Serve immediately.
