Piri Piri Tiger Prawn Salad

450 gram (1 pound) tiger prawn tails

1 red onion, sliced

1 teaspoon Piri Piri Seasoning

225 gram (8 ounce) mangetout, trimmed

1 cos lettuce

Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
- 1 Heat the oil in a wok and fry the prawns and half the onion with the Piri Piri Seasoning for 5 minutes or until the prawns have turned pink.
- 2 Remove the prawns and cooked onion from the pan and fry the mangetout for 1 minute.
- 3 Toss the prawn mixture with the reserved onion and lettuce leaves and squeeze over the lemon juice to serve.
