Piri Piri Tiger Prawn Salad
Hot and spicy prawns flavoured with the Piri Piri Seasoning and lemon juice.
- 1 Heat the oil in a wok and fry the prawns and half the onion with the Piri Piri Seasoning for 5 minutes or until the prawns have turned pink.
- 2 Remove the prawns and cooked onion from the pan and fry the mangetout for 1 minute.
- 3 Toss the prawn mixture with the reserved onion and lettuce leaves and squeeze over the lemon juice to serve.
