Vegetable Pizza Puff
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.
Roll out the pastry thinly and cut into a round using a large dinner plate as a guide. Place on a greased baking sheet.
Spread with the tomato purée and sprinkle with the Garlic Italian Seasoning. Top with vegetables, a drizzle of olive oil and the cheese. Bake for 30 minutes and serve sprinkled with extra Garlic Italian Seasoning.
