  • 2 tablespoons tomato purée

  • 4 tablespoons Garlic Italian Seasoning

  • 2 spring onions, sliced

  • 50 gram (2 ounce) button mushrooms, sliced

  • 1/2 yellow pepper, sliced

  • 1 tomato, sliced

  • A drizzle of olive oil

  • 100 gram (4 ounce) mozzarella cheese ,sliced thinly, or Cheddar cheese - grated

  • Garlic Italian Seasoning , , a sprinkling

Instructions

  • 1 Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.
  • 2 Roll out the pastry thinly and cut into a round using a large dinner plate as a guide. Place on a greased baking sheet.
  • 3 Spread with the tomato purée and sprinkle with the Garlic Italian Seasoning. Top with vegetables, a drizzle of olive oil and the cheese. Bake for 30 minutes and serve sprinkled with extra Garlic Italian Seasoning.
