Vegetable Pizza Puff
Ingredients
225 gram (8 ounce) puff pastry
2 tablespoons tomato purée
4 tablespoons Garlic Italian Seasoning
2 spring onions, sliced
50 gram (2 ounce) button mushrooms, sliced
1/2 yellow pepper, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
A drizzle of olive oil
100 gram (4 ounce) mozzarella cheese ,sliced thinly, or Cheddar cheese - grated
Garlic Italian Seasoning , , a sprinkling
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.
- 2 Roll out the pastry thinly and cut into a round using a large dinner plate as a guide. Place on a greased baking sheet.
- 3 Spread with the tomato purée and sprinkle with the Garlic Italian Seasoning. Top with vegetables, a drizzle of olive oil and the cheese. Bake for 30 minutes and serve sprinkled with extra Garlic Italian Seasoning.
