A Crispy Topped Sage & Sausage Bake flavoured with a Pork Seasoning.
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.
Place onion, carrots and apple in an approx. 1.7 litre (3 pint) casserole dish. Mix flour, Paprika and the Pork Seasoning together. Add to the casserole and stir so that vegetables are well coated.
Combine sausagemeat with the Sage and Garlic Granules and spread to form a layer covering the vegetables.
Arrange sliced potatoes on top to completely cover the sausagemeat. Brush with oil. Cook, uncovered, in oven for 1 hour until the potatoes are cooked, crispy and golden brown.
