A Crispy Topped Sage & Sausage Bake flavoured with a Pork Herb & Spice Blend.
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.
Place onion, carrots and apple in an approx. 1.7 litre (3 pint) casserole dish. Mix flour, Paprika and the Perfect Shake Pork Herb & Spice Blend together. Add to the casserole and stir so that vegetables are well coated.
Combine sausagemeat with the Sage and Garlic Granules and spread to form a layer covering the vegetables.
Arrange sliced potatoes on top to completely cover the sausagemeat. Brush with oil. Cook, uncovered, in oven for 1 hour until the potatoes are cooked, crispy and golden brown.
