Lasagne from scratch

1 onion, diced

450 gram (1 pound) minced beef

4 tablespoons Garlic Italian Seasoning

400 gram tin chopped tomatoes

1 tablespoons tomato purée

50 millilitre (2 fluid ounce) water

6 sheets lasagne pasta

600 millilitre (1 pint) thick white sauce

50 gram (2 ounce) Cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions
- 1 Fry the onions gently for 2-3 minutes, add the mince and cook until browned. Drain off any excess fat.
- 2 Sprinkle in the Perfect Shake Garlic Italian and cook for 30 seconds. Then add the tomatoes, water and tomato purée. Bring to the boil.
- 3 Pre-heat the oven to 190°C, 375°F, Gas Mark 5.
- 4 Place alternate layers of the beef mixture, pasta and white sacue in an ovenproof dish, finishing with a layer of the white sauce. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
