Fry the onions gently for 2-3 minutes, add the mince and cook until browned. Drain off any excess fat.
Sprinkle in the Perfect Shake Garlic Italian and cook for 30 seconds. Then add the tomatoes, water and tomato purée. Bring to the boil.
Pre-heat the oven to 190°C, 375°F, Gas Mark 5.
Place alternate layers of the beef mixture, pasta and white sacue in an ovenproof dish, finishing with a layer of the white sauce. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
